玻璃钢管道破损常用的三种修补方法：
There are three common repair methods for damaged FRP pipes
1、换管修复
1. Pipe replacement and repair
将玻璃钢管道破损处截断，换一段新管上去再用合适口径的法兰盘或者管道连接器进行连接。这种方法较为费时间，且维修成本较高。
Cut off the damaged part of the FRP pipe, replace it with a new pipe, and then connect it with flange or pipe connector of appropriate caliber. This method is time-consuming and the maintenance cost is high.
2、胶粘法
2. Adhesive method
这是目前常见的管道修复方式之一，使用环氧树脂、固化剂、促进剂等配合玻璃纤维布进行反复涂抹修复，此种方式优点是成本较低。但是缺点同样明显，需要我们自己调制胶，并且需要2-7天凉干，这期间管道都无法正常使用。
This is one of the common pipeline repair methods. Epoxy resin, curing agent, accelerator and glass fiber cloth are used for repeated coating repair. This method has the advantage of low cost. However, the disadvantages are also obvious, we need to make our own glue, and it takes 2-7 days to cool and dry, during which the pipeline can not be used normally.
除以上之外维修前必须对玻璃钢管道破损处两侧0.5米以内的管身进行清洗。去除管身上的所有污物，并对管身上不平整处进行打磨，打磨时要求力度适中，保持管身基本光滑即可。切不可打磨过度，影响管身的结构强度。
In addition to the above, the pipe body within 0.5m on both sides of the damaged FRP pipe must be cleaned before maintenance. Remove all the dirt on the pipe body, and polish the unevenness on the pipe body. When polishing, the strength should be moderate, and the pipe body should be basically smooth. It must not be over polished to affect the structural strength of the pipe.
